Profile

I take on owner’s representation and project control for construction projects in the real estate environment with overall responsibility across all SIA phases 1–6.

My role includes client side project management covering cost schedule quality, contract management, tendering and procurement, change order management, risk control, and reporting to decision making bodies.

I work on behalf of the owner, discreetly and decisively. I manage external architects, total contractors, general contractors and specialists clearly, directly and with binding quality standards. International project landscapes with different regulatory, cultural and organisational frameworks are part of my everyday professional life.
